We rescued a dog on Sunday

My friend was coming over on Sunday and she rang whilst she was walking through a local estate to say she'd come across a stray and didn't know what to do. I met up with her with one of the dogs spare leads and we brought the dog back here - she was a lovely staffy cross, about 18 months old, really friendly, wearing a lovely collar but no tag. We contacted the emergency dog warden and ende up taking her to a local kennel. She was obviously well looked after and socialised. I rang the kennel the next day and she'd been claimed by her owner - so a happy ending
